Hi Everyone, it's Metalraven, and today i review One Of The Best Bands of all time in thrash metal history. It's Megadeth's second studio album, and with this album Megadeth was considered on of the top metal/thrash bands in the world, along with Metallica and Slayer. With precise, tight playing, brutal riffs, intelligent, often political lyrics, and uncompromising aggression, Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? is truly a masterpiece of thrash. This time Capitol gave Megadeth $15,000 to improve both the production and the artwork of the new album.OK, Let's Began our Review !
Album starts with song Wake Up Dead, (which's my favourite song from the album).This song is about a man who has been cheating on his wife or girlfriend and is sneaking into his house, knowing that if his wife finds out about his other lover, she'll kill him.Song starts with cool drumming and after the words : "I wonder, will she find out? About the other, other lover... Diana " starts my favourite part, little instrumental and then : "Wake up dead, you die Wake up dead, and buried Wake up dead, you die ! Wake up dead !. Next song on album we have is The Conjuring.This song obviously describes some kind of ritual, probably inspired by Dave's involvement with witchcraft at this stage in his career.The last several verses are from the point of view of Satan claiming the soul of someone who has made a deal with the devil. In this song attention is payed to slower tempos and heavy guitar riffs.Next we have song Peace Sells, one of the most popular and hit song of Megadeth, every metalhead knows this song :).This song is the Mustaine's way of dispelling many of the stereotypes about the band and heavy metal fans in general. More specifically, that they are lazy, anti-government, and anti-religion, which Mustaine says are all untrue.Next song, we have on album is Devil's Island, with fast heavy style, it begins with slow guitar riffs and then it's becoming heavy and brutal. Song expresses the thoughts of a prisoner on Devil's Island about to be executed. In the song, the prisoner's life is spared by God right before he is about to be killed, but he is condemned to spend the rest of his life on Devil's Island. Next, my favourite song of the album with cool chorus and great gutiar parts.It's called Good Mourning,Black Friday.In U.S. history, Black Friday is the name given to September 24, 1869, the day when a panic on Wall Street caused the financial ruin of thousands of investors.Song starts with slow instrumental and then : Hey, I don't feel so good,Something's not right, Something's coming over me, What The Fuck Is This ?. And then starts cool brutal fast and heavy guitar riffs. Next comes song Bad Omen, it's about people worshipping the devil. They have a big ceremony where all sorts of immorality is going on, and they invite Satan and hope that he gives them his blessing. Instead, his demons rape and destroy the people and Satan takes their souls. next song we have is a re-make of Willie Dixon's (Willie Dixon is considered the premier blues composer of the post-World War II era)song:I Ain't Superstitious. Megadeth's remake was cool and i liked it a lot, this song''s about a man who does not believes in bullshit such as black cat crossing path, or going under under the ladder(which causes death or something like this) and etc. And the last song of the album is My Last Words, it's about Russian Roulette and i think this looks like song Bad Omen.

In a nutshell, this is the best albums that Megadeth ever had since Killing Is My Business...And Business Is Good !, it's different from first album, because as we see band had improved riffs,solos,guitar parts and perhaps lyrics.
